Wordflows operates wordflowsai.com. This Privacy Policy informs you about our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information we receive from users of our platform. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Information Collection and Use
While using Wordflows, we may ask you to provide personally identifiable information including your name, email address, and business details such as your website URL and industry. This information is used to provide and improve our services, including generating brand-aligned content on your behalf.
Content and Knowledge Base Data
Wordflows stores content materials you upload or import (PDFs, audio transcripts, web pages, and text) as part of your Content Brain. This data is used exclusively to power your project's knowledge base and content generation. It is never shared with other users or used to train AI models.
Log Data
We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our platform. This may include your IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, time and date of visits, and other usage statistics.
Cookies
We use cookies and local storage to maintain your session and improve your experience. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect platform functionality.
Data Security
We use commercially reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in encrypted databases. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Third-Party Services
We use third-party services including OpenAI and Anthropic for AI-powered content generation, Stripe for payment processing, and AWS for infrastructure. These providers have their own privacy policies governing their use of data. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
User Rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information and project data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].
Data Retention
We retain your account and project data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Upon account deletion, your data is removed within 30 days except where retention is required by law.
Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected users as required by applicable law.
MCP Connector (Claude / AI Integrations)
Wordflows offers a connector for AI clients such as Claude (Anthropic) via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). This section describes how data flows when you connect an AI client to your Wordflows project.
What data the AI client sends us
When you use the Wordflows MCP connector, your AI client sends tool call requests to our servers. These requests may include search queries, content topics, and parameters you specify in your conversation. We do not receive the full content of your AI conversations — only the specific inputs you pass to Wordflows tools.
What we return to the AI client
We return your project's brand guide, style guide, voice profile, knowledge base results, and other project data that you have configured in Wordflows. This data is sent to your AI client to inform content generation.
Authentication
MCP connector access is authenticated via OAuth 2.0. When you authorise an AI client, a dedicated API key is created for that connection. You can revoke access at any time from Account → API Keys in your Wordflows dashboard.
Data storage and retention
Tool call inputs and outputs are not stored beyond the scope of fulfilling the request. OAuth authorisation records are retained for as long as the associated API key is active. Revoking an API key removes the associated authorisation record.
Third-party sharing
Data exchanged through the MCP connector is not shared with third parties beyond what is necessary to fulfil your tool requests. Your project data is never used to train AI models.
